Process Flow Diagram

Pre-Washing & Gas Pretreatment – Raw gas first enters the PRE WASHING (1 SET) COARSE WASHING unit, followed by a LOW TEMPERATURE SCRUBBER + STEAM WATER SEPARATION system (cooled via the WASHING WATER PRETREATMENT UNIT) to cool the incoming gas and remove initial foam, steam, and coarse particles.

Dual-Stage Gas Compression – The pre-treated CO2 gas is channelled into high-capacity parallel compressors—CO2 COMPRESSOR—boosting the process gas flow at 1.55 or 1.85MPa for downstream purification.

Primary & Secondary Desulfurization – The pressurized gas passes through the PRIMARY AND SECONDARY DESULFURIZATION-MERCURY REMOVAL unit to thoroughly eliminate sulfur compounds, heavy metals, and trace mercury.

Catalytic Purification & Deoxygenation – Inside the specialized CO2 PURIFICATION SYSTEM, gas undergoes CATALYTIC OXYGEN (REMOVAL OF C1-C5 & DENTROCARBON) treatment using pure oxygen injection ( 0.3 or 0.4MPa to strip organic hydrocarbons and non-condensable impurities.

Refrigerant Pre-Cooling & Deep Absorption Drying – Gas is cooled down in the REFRIGERANT HEAT EXCHANGER (1 SET) FOR FREEZING AND TO REMOVE MOISTURE, and then enters the ABSORPTION DRYING SYSTEM DEEPLY REMOVES MOISTURE, DESULFURIZATION AND DEODORIZATION bed to achieve ultra-low dew points and complete odor elimination.

Reboiling Purification & Liquefaction – Connected with the REFRIGERATION UNIT (1 SET) RS07 and CO2 LIQUEFIED CONDENSER (1 SET), the gas passes into REBOILLING PURIFICATION (1 SET) to deliver ultra-pure product (PURITY 99.998%, O2 <=4.8 PPM.

Vertical Cryogenic Storage & Extension – The pure liquid product is securely transferred into CO2 VERTICAL STORAGE TANK units, which seamlessly integrate with a RESERVED DESIGN OF DRY ICE PRODUCTION system and cryogenic road tankers for logistics distribution.
